i. Vision

Built for the
premium room.

A premium live event band — self-contained, self-owned, designed from day one to command top-tier booking fees in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Every gig is a turn-key production experience. We arrive with the PA, the monitors, the lighting, and the show. The client receives a premium service they don’t have to think about — a single point of contact, a single invoice, a single decision.

This is not a hobby project waiting to become serious. It is being built serious. Insured, structured, contracted, and rehearsed — ready for the room before the first downbeat.

ii. Sound

A sonic identity
worth booking.

At the intersection of neo-soul sophistication and R&B emotion — warm, textured, story-driven. Sophisticated enough for a cocktail hour. Soulful enough to move a room.

The best event bands don’t just play music. They control the room — the sound, the light, the energy, the transitions. That is what is being built.

Masego
Jazz-trap fusion, saxophone-forward, genre-fluid. The blueprint for blending sophistication with danceability — the same gig serving cocktail hour and dance floor without changing wardrobe.
Kamauu
Intimate neo-soul storytelling, lush production, emotional depth without pretension. The reference for songs that feel personal at scale.
H.E.R.
Guitar-driven R&B, raw vulnerability wrapped in polished, layered production. The standard for arrangement craft.
Daniel Caesar
Confessional songwriting, warm vocal tone, soulful minimalism that never oversells.
Jon Batiste
Cross-genre versatility — equally at home on a concert stage or in an intimate venue. The benchmark for live dynamic range.
iii. The Music

The work
already exists.

The debut EP — working title "Synthesis" — is the artistic foundation. All tracks written and demoed. Studio sessions being booked.

iv. Lineup

Five seats.

A 4-to-6 piece ensemble built for full dynamic range — quiet jazz trio for dinner, full dance band for the reception. Core five-piece anchors every gig; background vocalists scale up for premium bookings. Permanent members are earned through paid audition gigs. No guessing.

Essential to the sound. Piano, synth pads, horn emulation, string layers. Fluency in neo-soul and jazz required.

Rhythmic anchor. Synth-bass capability a strong plus for modern R&B. Must lock tight with the drummer.
° Seeking
Drummer
Full dynamic range non-negotiable — brush quiet for dinner, full energy for the floor. Wedding experience preferred.

We own
everything.

No rental dependencies. No venue system gambles. The full production rig is owned outright — sized for 60 to 250+ guests, and available as a rental asset on off nights.

Dallas is the

vii. Foundation

Structured
before day one.

All legal and business infrastructure in place before the first paid gig. Walking into every conversation as a premium, professional act — not a band figuring it out.

LLC Formation
The band operates as a business entity — contracts, liability protection, and a clean tax structure from day one.
Liability Insurance
$1M–$2M COI required by most high-end wedding venues before they’ll discuss a booking. Secured in advance.
Performance Contracts
Iron-clad agreements covering deposits, cancellations, power requirements, and meal clauses.
Website & EPK
Professional booking-ready presence — video, audio, and rates. Not a demo page.
Brand Identity
Cohesive visual language — name, logo, aesthetic — consistent across every touchpoint.

The Invitation

Built to last.
Built to pay well.
Built right
from the start.

The music already exists. The vision is clear. The gear is being acquired. The market is waiting.

What’s being assembled now is the team — the right people who want to be part of something serious, professional, and built to run for years.

If that’s a conversation worth having, let’s have it.
